We are looking to add a part-time Customer Support Agent to our international team! It will be your responsibility to handle incoming client requests for our Social Media Analytics software from users all over the world. Are you a student and interested in learning about customer success in a start-up in Cologne? Are you passionate about Social Media and would love to get insights into Analytics through helping our clients? Are you free for twenty hours per week between 3pm and midnight (German time) to care for our clients in the US time zone? Assisting our clients with their general questions and technical enquiries by email and chat. This involves using multiple applications like Intercom, database tools and our own backend
Resolve client requests by clarifying the customer's questions, select and explain the best solution and follow up to ensure resolving
Attending regular training sessions
Communicating with your customer success team members as well as our technical consultants for finding best solutions for clients
Spot trends or bugs and report these to the respective teams
Continually think of ways to improve processes
Your Skills And Experience
At least one year experience in a customer facing role, online, phone or face-to-face
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
High affinity to technology (experience with Social Media or analytics products is a big plus)
Knowledge in SQL is a big plus
Excellent organizational skills necessary when prioritizing inboxes
Self reliant, proactive,friendly and resolutive attitude
Currently enrolled as a student
